A little late on summer outfit night out

I  APOLOGIZE! I was so late in putting the outfit that I wore one summer evening. Ladies this dress is a freak 'em dress. Don't worry the makeup was rubbed off that night I was just being creative (thinking of scary spice and Josie and the pussy cats lol). So here it is.

Makeup: Foundation and powder:Revlon 355 photo-ready.. Lipstick: Elf: forgot the name but its a matte!
OUTFIT: Forever 21:Midi cheetah dress (OUT OF STOCK); SHOES: Ross, but GOJANE has some similar shoes they are strappy and they zip in the back of the heel
