Advice to myself: happiness means to achieve

I always need reminders on how to be a better person.  Negative thinking neber got anyone anywhere. Putting positive thinking and embracing love when bad things come your way, is the start of my new life adjustment. I always love to share with you guys how I am bringing love and happiness into my life. Keep reading!!

Happiness is nature's way of telling you you're on the right track right now. Happiness is
your mind, your body, and your soul's way of letting you know you're in line with what
is truly best for you in the deepest sense (and by extension, best for everyone).


When you take action that feels good, happy and enjoyable to you, you will naturally 
bring about more happiness.

What does happiness have to do with love, though?

Happiness makes everyone beautiful, magnetic and radiant. Happiness makes you 
incredibly attractive, beyond just the kind of attractiveness that ends at the surface level. 

This is the kind of attractiveness that love is attracted to... love finds happiness and
enjoyment thoroughly irresistible.


If you want to bring more love into your life, bring more happiness to every moment, 
every thought, every perspective, every action, every interaction... everything.

If you want to bring more love into your life right now, bring happiness into your life 
right now... and drop all that feels bad.

The moment something feels bad to me, I immediately take a deep breath and step back. I 
have learned to trust that my mind really does what's best for me and can detect the 
wrong path whether it's something as small as a single thought that is off-course... or a 
bad environment for me... or a person who has bad intentions for me that I need to drop.

Whatever the trigger is (and these days I would argue that it's all our own thinking), I 
take immediate stock of the "alarming" bad feeling and drop whatever is the source of 
that bad feeling right away. 
 
The habitual tendency of most people is to bear down harder and charge forward more 
forcefully.  

When I dropped the unhappiness and only pursued a path (of thinking, of acting) that felt 
happy, I became tremendously more effective, efficient, and clear-minded in achieving 
whatever it is I've wanted to achieve. 

That's what we all need to keep doing. I hope I shared good enough of how I'm taking 2016 in. Its not easy but its worth it always, because you're an investment worth getting the best of the best !
